Bridey Lee is a multi-disciplinary artist currently living in Portland, Maine with her husband and 10 year old child. She was inspired to pursue picture book Illustration after becoming a parent and experiencing the profound role books play in the lives of young families. Her work reflects her love of science, nature and design. Bridey is self-taught and constantly studying and experimenting to expand her practice.
Her first authored book ‘The Future People’ will be published by Abrams Books in fall of 2027 with sequel to follow in fall 2028.
